4Max Power sp. z o. o. is a developer of large-scale solar PV and battery energy storage projects.
We are a team of specialists who ensure the proper development of solar PV projects in Poland at every stage of their development – starting from a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the project and securing the site, through obtaining necessary permits, preparing full project documentation, to supervising the construction of the solar PV park.
Our realised projects are located in various regions of Poland, providing clean energy to hundreds of households, enterprises, and public institutions. In collaboration with investors and strategic partners, we are developing projects from 10 MW to over 100 MW.
Currently, our pipeline includes a total of over 1 GW of projects, which we plan to expand to 3 GW by 2030.

BayWa r.e. is a leading developer, distributor, provider of services and solutions in renewable energy, operating in 28 countries around the world, which has already built and connected to the grid more than 4 GW of energy and manages over 10 GW in assets.
BayWa r.e. Polska sp. z o.o. has been operating since 2009, providing solutions for renewable energy tailored to the needs of specific entities, reducing the carbon footprint, and lowering energy cost. Our comprehensive activities include the development of wind and solar energy, as well as energy storage.
Our realizations of photovoltaic and wind projects include their development from scratch, through acquiring land for the project, designing, financing, energy purchase agreements (PPA), connecting to the grid, and finally handing over the finished project to investors.
In the solar energy sector, we offer modern solutions in the field of ground-mounted PV, floating PV (panels mounted on the water surface), rooftop PV, and agri-PV (panels protecting food crops against harmful external factors), as well as hybrid solutions combining solar and wind sources with energy storage. The BayWa r.e. portfolio includes, among others, the first in such scale, non-subsidized, and one of the largest photovoltaic power plants in Poland, located on an area of over 80 hectares in the commune of Witnica, with a total capacity of 64.6 MWp.
Since 2016, a sales team in Poland has also been working under the global BayWa r.e. brand. Baywa r.e. Solar Systems Sp. z o.o. conducts distribution in the solar energy sector (a photovoltaic warehouse cooperating with installation companies).

Better Energy is a renewable energy company that creates new and additional green energy. GOLDBECK SOLAR – Solar Projects at their best!
GOLDBECK SOLAR is an international company specialising in the turnkey construction of large-scale photovoltaic plants and commercial rooftops. The range of services covers the entire value chain, from project development, construction, operation, and maintenance of the plant to selective financing and asset management.

Projekt Solartechnik specialises in large-scale photovoltaic installations, wind energy and PV systems for businesses. We have gained experience in several European markets. With a professional development team, in-house construction facilities and a design office specialising in PV projects, we have been focusing on offering our customers proprietary solutions and assembly systems, building our own photovoltaic installations and trading components.
