“Implementation of photovoltaic projects in Poland. Key administrative and legal barriers.”

The report we present is the result of comprehensive desk research, questionnaire surveys and industry consultations with PV project generators, developers and investors regarding administrative and legal barriers to the development of photovoltaic projects in Poland.

The aim of the publication is not only to diagnose the most important problems, but also to identify recommendations for changes in Polish regulations of the investment process in photovoltaic farms. We hope that our proposals will enrich the ongoing debate on the need for legal changes, and that the implementation of these solutions will contribute to increasing the competitiveness and innovation of the domestic RES market, thus accelerating the green transformation of our country.

The report was prepared by the Polish Photovoltaics Association and Brysiewicz Bokina & Partners law firm, with co-financing from the European Climate Foundation.
