The Ministry of Climate and Environment submitted for consultation a the draft regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources and the periods applicable to producers who won auctions in a given year
The ministry proposed higher reference prices, incl. for wind energy and biogas. The prices for photovoltaics remain unchanged: for installations with an installed capacity of up to 1 MW – PLN 340 / MWh, and for installations with an installed capacity of over 1 MW – PLN 320 / MWh.
After agreeing with the Member Companies, the Polish Photovoltaics Association will submit comments to the project to the Ministry.
